We are rounding the tip of land about 8 miles Northeast of Ísafjörður.

This area is called Neðri Arnardalur. The large fjord on the left is Ísafjarðardjúp.
We are leaving the main fjord and entering a smaller branch called Álftafjörður.
Route 61 will follow Álftafjörður all the way to it's end then back out again.
