Route 61 follows the Southwestern coast of Steingrímsfjörður for about 2 miles.
Passing through Staður.
Route 61 comes a bit inland for a few miles in this scenic area.
We are four miles North of Hólmavík.
The road here is in excellent condition.
Nice area to go hiking.
